Senior NetSuite Developer

This role requires in-office presence five days a week, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT to align with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration and customization requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Configure and manage NetSuite modules, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
- Develop and maintain integrations using platforms such as Boomi and Celigo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex NetSuite-related issues and support tickets promptly.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document technical specifications, development processes, and system configurations thoroughly.
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to maximize system functionality.
- Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve development workflows through automation and modern tools.
- Stay current with NetSuite features, integration best practices, and evolving development methodologies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in NetSuite development and customization.
- Strong expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other NetSuite tools.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with web services (SOAP/REST).
- Experience integrating NetSuite with platforms such as Shopify, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of business processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory Management.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation are preferred.
- Experience with integration platforms like Boomi and Celigo.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and MySQL databases.
