Senior NetSuite Developer

This role is an in-office position requiring availability from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT, aligning with global teams across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate integration and customization requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure and manage NetSuite modules including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
- Develop and maintain integrations using platforms such as Boomi and Celigo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex NetSuite issues and support tickets.
- Conduct system testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document technical specifications, development processes, and system configurations.
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system functionality.
- Mentor and support junior developers to foster team growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and adoption of modern development tools.
- Stay current with NetSuite features, integration best practices, and evolving development methodologies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in NetSuite development and customization.
- Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other NetSuite tools.
- Solid experience with JavaScript and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Understanding of business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory Management.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capability.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation are highly desirable.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with platforms like Shopify, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi and Celigo.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and MySQL databases.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
- Exposure to modern development practices including automation and AI-assisted tools.
