Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant

We are currently looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead business analysis, solution design, ERP configuration, and client engagements related to NetSuite implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in finance and be skilled at aligning business processes with NetSuite best practices to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements from various stakeholders.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, conduct business process assessments, and perform fit-gap analysis sessions to identify solution needs.
- Configure NetSuite modules including workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and saved searches tailored to business requirements.
- Lead and support NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives from start to finish.
- Develop comprehensive functional design documents and collaborate closely with technical teams on customizations and system integrations.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct end-user training sessions, oversee deployment activities, and provide post-go-live support.
- Advise clients on NetSuite best practices, recommend process improvements, and identify opportunities for system optimization.
- Assist with project planning, status reporting, documentation, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in NetSuite consulting, including implementation, configuration, and business process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of core finance functions such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Tax Management, and Multi-Currency Accounting.
- Solid understanding of Chart of Accounts, Subsidiaries and Intercompany Accounting, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, NetSuite configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and executive-level stakeholders.
