We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance across all network layers, supporting mission-critical business operations. This role involves managing complex network environments, troubleshooting advanced issues, and leading network projects while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, upgrade, and monitor enterprise network devices to maintain high availability and optimal performance. Design, implement, and manage Layer-2 and Layer-3 networks, including VLANs, ACLs, STP/RSTP, QoS, and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP. Oversee traffic flow across access, distribution, and core layers to ensure low latency and fault tolerance. Troubleshoot complex network problems including routing loops, broadcast storms, and performance bottlenecks. Configure and manage firewalls, including Cisco ASA, FortiGate, and Sophos, along with NAT, access controls, and security policies for internal, DMZ, and internet-facing networks. Design, implement, and maintain DMZ architectures to securely host public-facing services. Administer MPLS circuits and support deployments related to network services to optimize performance and redundancy across multiple sites. Deploy, configure, and manage enterprise wireless solutions from vendors such as Aruba, Cisco, Cambium, and Huawei, including firmware lifecycle management. Implement and manage Network Management Systems (NMS) like SolarWinds and PRTG to monitor network health, perform root cause analysis, and lead incident resolution. Plan and manage primary and disaster recovery sites, including backup and failover strategies, as well as specialized networks such as CCTV and critical infrastructure. Lead end-to-end network projects and maintain accurate documentation and network topology diagrams.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration, supporting LAN, WAN, MPLS, and internet-facing networks within large-scale or mission-critical environments. Strong expertise in network performance optimization, routing and switching, firewall security, and designing high-availability, resilient network architectures. Proven experience managing core and distribution layer switches and working within multi-vendor environments, including Cisco and Huawei equipment. Proficient in using network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG for proactive fault detection and performance analysis. Demonstrated ability in incident management, root cause analysis, and emergency response for critical network outages. CCNA and CCNP certifications are mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, and meticulous documentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
