INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join its Information Systems & Technology team. This role is essential in implementing and managing advanced digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive technological excellence. The successful candidate will focus on cybersecurity, information security, privacy, governance, risk management, compliance, and security operations to protect the organization’s information assets and support business objectives. Working with cutting-edge technology, you will help build a robust digital infrastructure and implement innovative IT practices aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, preferably Fortinet, including VPNs, policies, NAT, UTM, and high availability setups.
- Manage, maintain, and optimize wireless networks, preferably Ruckus, including SmartZone controllers and access point configurations.
- Administer Cisco switches and routers, handling VLANs, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, ACLs, and QoS settings.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Maintain network security through continuous updates, patching, and adherence to best practices.
- Document network topology, configurations, and operational procedures in detail.
- Provide support for network incidents and service requests promptly.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams on infrastructure projects and initiatives.
- Assist with network capacity planning, scalability, and future upgrades to meet organizational needs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in enterprise networking roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer), Ruckus Wi-Fi technologies (ZoneDirector, SmartZone, APs), and Cisco switching and routing (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR series).
- In-depth understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols, IP subnetting, routing, and switching.
- Experience with VPN technologies such as IPSec and SSL VPNs.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
