Senior Odoo Developer

We are seeking a full-time Senior Odoo Developer to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan, working on an evening shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have over three years of hands-on experience in production-level Odoo development and possess strong technical skills in Python, Odoo framework, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript (OWL), API integrations, Linux, Git, and Odoo.sh. This role is client-facing and involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to design solutions, gather requirements, deliver presentations, manage deployments, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and develop customized Odoo modules and features aligned with client specifications.
- Perform thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.
- Lead deployments and manage the Odoo environment using Odoo.sh and related tools.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing progress and proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Odoo development within a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and deep understanding of the Odoo framework.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL databases and XML for data handling and configuration.
- Skilled in JavaScript, specifically OWL (Odoo Web Library), for frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations to connect Odoo with external systems.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
- Proficient in version control using Git.
- Experience managing Odoo deployments using Odoo.sh platform.
