Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will take the lead in business process mapping, module configuration, enterprise-level deployment, and operational optimization. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of robust Odoo solutions that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency through successful full-lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Mapping & Blueprinting: Conduct detailed requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders to develop comprehensive Business Blueprints (BBPs) and perform gap analysis to align business needs with Odoo capabilities.

- Module Configuration: Map, configure, and fine-tune core Odoo modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production/MRP, and CRM to meet enterprise requirements.

- Implementation & Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation cycles, including system upgrades, cutover planning, and providing post-go-live hypercare support to ensure smooth transitions.

- Data Migration & Integrity: Cleanse, structure, and execute precise master data migrations and transactional data uploads, maintaining data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.

- Testing & User Enablement: Design and manage comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and deliver impactful training sessions for key users and system administrators to maximize adoption.

- Documentation & Governance: Provide functional guidance, develop detailed system documentation for mapped workflows, and uphold best-practice enterprise standards for business owners and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- ACCA, B.Com, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on functional experience with Odoo, demonstrating a proven track record of completing at least 6 to 8 full lifecycle implementations.

- Strong operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger rules, inventory valuation methods, and material requirements planning (MRP).

- Expertise in analyzing business processes and effectively mapping them to Odoo solutions and configurations.

- Official certification as an Odoo Functional Consultant is preferred, along with a basic technical understanding of the Odoo ecosystem.
