We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional with extensive experience in IT support, network and hardware administration, and office systems management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Windows Server environments, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks, and supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint. This role also demands expertise in handling file servers, centralized storage, backup and recovery solutions, as well as troubleshooting and procurement of IT equipment and services. Experience in public sector organizations, especially within railway, infrastructure, construction, engineering consultancy, or projects funded by MDB/World Bank, will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support and manage network and hardware administration to ensure efficient office systems operations.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments along with LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and VPN connectivity.
- Oversee file servers, centralized storage systems, and backup and recovery processes to safeguard data integrity.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues promptly and deliver effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Participate actively in the procurement process for IT equipment and services, including evaluation, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and related systems to support organizational needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Competent Authority to support organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 16 years of formal education, with all degrees recognized by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or Higher Education Commission (HEC), as applicable.
- At least five years of post-qualification professional experience in IT support, network/hardware administration, or office systems management.
- Demonstrated experience working with Windows Server environments, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and familiarity with procurement procedures related to IT equipment and services.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Relevant professional IT certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+, or Network+ are highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience in public sector organizations, particularly in railway, infrastructure, construction, engineering consultancy, or projects funded by MDB/World Bank, is preferred.
