Senior Oracle Executive - Functional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Functional Executive to join our team in Rawalpindi for the evening shift. The role focuses on configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules to ensure smooth business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business acquisitions and system integrations, delivering effective solutions that align with organizational goals. Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, troubleshoot, and provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). Lead the setup and integration processes for new acquisitions and mergers of business units, ensuring seamless transitions. Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed functional specifications. Act as a System Analyst by participating in the design, development, testing, and implementation phases of Oracle Financials projects. Recommend and implement customizations and enhancements to improve Oracle application performance and meet evolving business needs. Diagnose and resolve operational and technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity. Address customer inquiries effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through clear and timely communication. Identify functional gaps within the system and propose corrective actions to optimize processes. Collaborate with development teams to support solution design and system integration efforts. Develop test scenarios, conduct quality assurance processes, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality. Prepare user documentation and conduct hands-on training sessions to empower end-users with system knowledge and best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience working with Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules. Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP system configurations. Excellent documentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Proven capability to train and support end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of Oracle systems. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex functional challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is considered a significant plus and will enhance candidacy.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Rawalpindi. Candidates will be asked about their current and expected salary during the application process.
