Senior ORM Specialist

Ridgeline Marketing is seeking a skilled Senior Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist to join our expanding team in Karachi. This role requires managing and enhancing the company’s online presence by monitoring brand reputation across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will work evening hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that maintain a positive brand image while addressing customer feedback and concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the company’s online brand reputation across multiple digital channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, feedback, and complaints.
- Develop and execute strategies to uphold and improve the brand’s positive image.
- Track brand mentions, analyze online sentiment, and identify potential reputational risks.
- Prepare regular performance reports on ORM activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer support teams to address and resolve customer issues.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in online reputation management.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in online reputation management or a related digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive customer interactions professionally.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports.
- Ability to work independently during assigned night shift hours.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
