Rank Arrow, a dynamic marketing agency based in Garden Town, is looking for a skilled Senior Media Buyer to join their team on-site. This full-time position offers flexible working hours from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM and a competitive salary package negotiable based on expertise and results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, capable of independently managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). This role demands a data-driven approach and the ability to handle significant budgets while improving campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies covering the entire funnel, from brand awareness to conversion.
- Manage and scale campaigns across major platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Oversee daily budget allocation to ensure cost-effective spending and maximize campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by analyzing data insights and performance trends.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, target audiences, and bidding strategies to enhance results.
- Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns while minimizing wasted ad spend.
- Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with designers and copywriters to produce high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay informed about updates in advertising platform policies and algorithm changes to maintain compliance and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in media buying with a proven track record of managing multiple ad accounts and budgets.
- Deep understanding of paid traffic funnels and performance marketing principles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns profitably with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaign results, and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Willingness to commute or relocate to Lahore, with relocation support provided by the employer.
