Meds Nexus are looking for a Senior. P.H.D Specialist -
Position Overview- Role: Patient Help Desk Coordinator
- Location: Gold Mark Plaza, Asghar Mall Road, Rawalpindi (Must be able to reliably commute or relocate)
- Work Hours: U.S.
Business
Hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM Pakistan Time)
- Patient Services: Answer inbound patient calls, efficiently schedule appointments, and register new patients into the system.
- Clinic Coordination: Liaise directly with U.S. doctor’s offices regarding office hours, appointments, and location changes.
- Information Relay: Accurately gather details regarding patient inquiries, test results, and medications, relaying them to the appropriate medical office.
- Resolution Management: Handle patient concerns and complaints with empathy to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist in front desk and administrative operations for U.S.-based healthcare facilities as needed.
- Additional Duties: Handle tasks as assigned by the Patient Help Desk Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of customer support experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Communication: Fluent in English with strong verbal skills (North American accent preferred).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Industry Knowledge: Solid familiarity with workflows in the U.S. healthcare system.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Ability to commute/relocate- Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
