Senior Platform Consultant - NetSuite

10Pearls, a global AI-native digital engineering partner, is seeking a skilled NetSuite Technical Consultant / Developer to join their team. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting customized NetSuite solutions for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in NetSuite development, customization, automation, and integrations, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Working closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders, the consultant will contribute to delivering high-quality, future-proof digital products that leverage emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x and SuiteCloud technologies.
- Design and implement Suitelets, User Event Scripts, RESTlets, Scheduled Scripts, and Map/Reduce Scripts.
- Configure and automate business processes using SuiteFlow.
- Create and manage custom fields, forms, records, and dashboards through SuiteBuilder.
- Develop and maintain solutions using the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
- Design Advanced PDF/HTML Templates, saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Build and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and adhere to established development standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite development, customization, and implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), SuiteQL, and Saved Searches.
- Proficient in REST and SOAP APIs and integrations.
- Experience creating Suitelets, RESTlets, User Event Scripts, and Scheduled Scripts.
- Skilled in developing Advanced PDF/HTML Templates and custom reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
