You will work directly with U.S. clients, leading projects from discovery through production while maintaining a hands-on development role. Key technologies include Microsoft Copilot Studio, the Power Platform, and AI platforms such as Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI. The position requires managing multiple clients across industries, conducting workshops, demos, and status updates via video calls, with work hours overlapping U.S. Central Time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions with U.S. clients to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation to drive measurable improvements. Design comprehensive solutions that balance rules-based automation, AI integration, human involvement, and system connectivity. Develop and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio, build workflows in Power Automate, create apps in Power Apps, and integrate AI platforms like Claude and OpenAI. Provide ongoing support after deployment. Integrate solutions with client systems such as ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Teams, databases, and third-party APIs, leveraging custom connectors and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) as needed. Manage production quality through environment management, deployment pipelines, testing, monitoring, and security. Define and track success metrics in collaboration with clients to demonstrate tangible business outcomes. Mentor engineering teams, review deliverables, develop reusable patterns, and at the Principal level, set technical direction across projects. Support sales efforts by contributing to solution approaches and providing effort estimates.
Required Qualifications
Senior-level candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in enterprise IT, consulting, or solution delivery; Principal-level candidates require 12+ years including leadership in solution design. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps) is essential. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience building generative AI or agentic solutions, with a track record of deploying at least four AI agents in production serving real users. Proven experience working with international clients, preferably U.S.-based, including conducting discovery, presenting to executives, and managing delivery, is required. Deep knowledge of agentic AI concepts and platforms, including Copilot Studio features (topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, custom connectors, authentication, handoffs, publishing) and production use of Claude and OpenAI APIs, is critical. Expertise in building agents that interact with multiple systems, handling errors, escalation, and accuracy is necessary. Advanced skills in Power Automate (complex flows, approvals, error handling, RPA tools) and Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps on Dataverse) are required. Experience with deployment and governance practices such as environment management, pipelines, data loss prevention, and licensing is expected. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to deliver measurable business results like time savings, cost reduction, or improved turnaround. Sound judgment on appropriate AI usage and integration experience with major ERP or CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot) are essential. Excellent English communication skills are required for direct engagement with U.S. executives. Candidates must be based in Pakistan with reliable internet connectivity and backup power for client calls.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with other agentic AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, Salesforce Agentforce) or frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen is advantageous. Experience building MCP servers to provide agent access to business systems is a plus. Knowledge of additional automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Logic Apps, Zapier, Make, or n8n is beneficial. Expertise in data platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with vector search is preferred. Deep ERP or CRM platform expertise, including implementations, upgrades, or migrations, adds value. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft PL-600, PL-400, PL-200, AI-102, or cloud/AI certifications from AWS, Google Cloud, or Salesforce are desirable. Industry experience in public sector, utilities, healthcare, food and agriculture, distribution, or manufacturing is a plus. Candidates are encouraged to share a portfolio if available.
This fully remote position requires no travel and offers a consulting environment with real ownership and direct access to leadership. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. During the interview process, applicants will be asked about current salary, availability, years of experience in agentic AI, and proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform and AI agent deployment.
