QUALIFICATION BS/MS in Textile Engineering or related field EXPERIENCE 03 to 04 years of relevant hands-on experience JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Developer to join our textile team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in denim product development and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage end-to-end denim product development processes from concept to final approval.
- Develop new samples as per buyer requirements and market trends.
- Should be able to do an in-depth analysis of market trend and process the collection accordingly.
- Should be able to select the fabrics as per the specific market requirements.
- Should have good washing and stitching knowledge to enhance overall product quality.
- Should be able to streamline sampling process to increase effectiveness.
- Maintain product development timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation of PD activities and approvals.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Product Development (Denim preferred).
- Good knowledge of denim fabric, washes, and garment construction.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be a team player and responsible.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
