Disrupt-X develops ALEF 360°, a comprehensive product ecosystem designed to provide building owners and operators with complete visibility over their buildings, assets, and people. The ecosystem consists of distinct yet interconnected platforms including CAFM/CMMS for maintenance and facilities management, HSE for health, safety, and environment, and EAM for managing the full lifecycle of assets. Customers can start with any one platform and seamlessly add others as needed. Our clients span a wide range of industries such as real estate portfolios, factories, hospitals, schools, ports, airports, warehouses, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead your product with full ownership of the roadmap and outcomes. Engage directly with end-users including technicians, supervisors, facility managers, HSE officers, and asset engineers to deeply understand their needs and challenges. Analyze support tickets, customer feedback, sales interactions, and usage data, leveraging AI tools to quickly identify patterns and insights. Focus on delivering value by linking customer problems to operational processes and product solutions, always aiming to enhance user skills, speed, and confidence.

Own the product roadmap by prioritizing features based on impact, confidence, and effort, supported by clear evidence. Define success criteria, user jobs, and outcomes, collaborating with Business Analysts to translate these into detailed user stories. Work closely with the Tech Lead, Product Designer, QA, and Business Analysts to ensure smooth delivery, maintaining a strong focus on usability. Review releases against acceptance criteria and prepare clear release notes.

Set and monitor key performance indicators such as adoption rates, usage metrics, and user success outcomes like first-time job completion. Provide concise updates to leadership and use customer and sales feedback to inform roadmap decisions. Support Sales, Service Delivery, and Marketing teams by providing accurate product content, responding to RFPs, and clarifying standard versus custom features. Manage customer expectations by avoiding promises on roadmap items and channeling requests back to the team.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 6 years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains is highly advantageous:
- CMMS/CAFM: work orders, preventive maintenance, SLAs, technician scheduling, spare parts management, asset hierarchies, and mobile apps for field teams.
- HSE: incident management, permit to work, risk assessments, audits, corrective actions, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- EAM: full asset lifecycle management, asset registers, criticality analysis, maintenance strategy, capital planning, ISO 55000 compliance.
- Proven track record of shipping products that delivered measurable improvements for users.
- Strong discovery skills, capable of conducting customer interviews to uncover underlying problems.
- Excellent written communication skills to translate complex issues into clear outcomes, user jobs, and acceptance criteria.
- Comfortable working with data, including defining metrics and extracting insights using SQL, BI tools, or spreadsheets.
- Keen sense of usability, especially for mobile and on-site users working under time constraints.
- Proficient and thoughtful use of AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Ability to identify meaningful AI applications within the product that balance user value and operational cost.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment and proactively keep stakeholders informed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience across multiple domains such as CMMS, HSE, and EAM is a plus. Familiarity with migrating products to multi-tenant SaaS architectures, integrating with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, IoT sensors, or building management systems is desirable. Experience developing offline-first mobile applications for field workers and a background in maintenance, facilities, safety, or reliability prior to product management are valued. Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CMRP, or IAM are advantageous. Prior work in startups or small product teams is beneficial.

This role is fully remote, requiring a quiet, professional workspace with cameras on for customer meetings. You will have ownership over your work, with success measured by outcomes rather than hours or task completion. You will collaborate with a small, dedicated team including Business Analysts, a Product Designer, a Tech Lead, and QA, with product decisions resting firmly with you. Your contributions will have real impact, with new features reaching customers within weeks rather than years.
