Senior Product Manager

PakWheels, Pakistan’s largest online automotive marketplace and community, is seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI & Agentic Products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building AI-native experiences, designing agentic workflows, and delivering impactful products at scale. You will lead AI-powered product initiatives from concept through execution, working closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to launch innovative features that enhance user experience, engagement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes using AI and agentic workflows.
- Develop detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) outlining AI behavior expectations, fallback logic, and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data teams to enhance model performance and improve user outcomes.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities.
- Define product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and optimize key product metrics such as engagement, retention, task completion, and AI accuracy.
- Partner with marketing and business teams on go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Prepare comprehensive product documentation, business cases, and strategic presentations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of product management experience, including a proven track record of shipping AI-powered products.
- Practical experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Perplexity in daily workflows.
- Strong understanding of large language model (LLM) concepts, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), hallucination handling, context windows, and AI workflow design.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks alongside cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, Hotjar, or MoEngage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, or Make.com.
- Exposure to multi-channel processing (MCP), vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI orchestration architectures.
