PakWheels, Pakistan’s largest online automotive marketplace and community, is on a mission to transform the automotive ecosystem by making vehicle buying and selling simpler, faster, and more transparent. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI & Agentic Products who is passionate about creating AI-native experiences, designing agentic workflows, and delivering impactful products at scale. In this role, you will lead AI-powered product initiatives from discovery through execution, working closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to launch innovative features that enhance user experience, engagement, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven features and workflows, ensuring timely delivery and high impact.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes by leveraging AI and agentic workflows to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) detailing AI behavior expectations, fallback logic, and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data teams to optimize model performance and enhance user outcomes.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and optimize key product metrics such as user engagement, retention, task completion rates, and AI accuracy.
- Partner with marketing and business teams to plan go-to-market strategies and position products effectively.
- Prepare detailed product documentation, business cases, and strategic presentations for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of product management experience, including a proven track record of shipping AI-powered products.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Perplexity in daily workflows.
- Strong understanding of large language model (LLM) concepts including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), hallucination handling, context windows, and AI workflow design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, Hotjar, or MoEngage.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, or Make.com.
- Familiarity with MCP, vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI orchestration architectures.
