Senior Production & Supply Chain Manager – Home Textiles & Apparel | U.S. Brand

We are a rapidly growing home textiles brand serving the U.S. market, seeking an experienced Production Manager based in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, coordinate with factories, ensure quality standards, and manage shipment readiness. This role requires a proactive individual who takes ownership, holds suppliers accountable, and resolves issues before they impact quality or delivery timelines. Candidates with strong backgrounds in home textiles or apparel production are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory needs, and factory capacity.
- Maintain daily communication with factories to monitor materials, production progress, packing, labeling, accessories, and shipment readiness.
- Conduct regular factory visits to verify progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
- Keep accurate production schedules and trackers with clear deadlines and actionable items.
- Identify potential delays early and implement effective recovery plans.
- Collaborate with QA teams on inspections, quality concerns, and corrective actions.
- Oversee logistics planning and coordinate timely shipments with factories and logistics partners, considering demand planning and freight rates.
- Provide daily updates to the U.S. team regarding progress, risks, and decisions required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in home textiles or apparel production, merchandising, or supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience managing factories and export production processes.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, production workflows, material planning, lead times, and shipment coordination.
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically to factories (transportation provided), not solely manage production remotely.
- Proficient in Excel with experience maintaining production and inventory reports.
- Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
- Availability for regular communication across time zones with the U.S. office.
- Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and confidence in addressing supplier production and performance issues.

The position is based in-person in Pakistan, with a monthly salary range of Rs80,000 to Rs125,000.
