The role involves leading the overall implementation and operational management of a fiberization project, ensuring the successful execution of annual work plans. The position requires overseeing the development and rollout of the Fiberization Plan, managing technical evaluations of ISP proposals, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality benchmarks. The candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders, including telecom operators, ISPs, local governments, regulatory bodies, and internal departments, to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve operational challenges. Monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), supervising subsidy implementation, and preparing detailed reports for senior management are also critical aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and operational management of the fiberization project, ensuring alignment with annual work plans.
- Oversee the development and execution of the Fiberization Plan and rollout strategy.
- Conduct technical evaluations of ISP proposals and deployment plans to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards, rollout targets, and quality benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate effectively with telecom operators, ISPs, local government authorities, and regulatory bodies to facilitate project activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to address operational matters and resolve inter-departmental issues.
- Supervise the implementation of subsidies, monitor deployment progress, and manage reporting requirements.
- Review project progress against KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines and quality.
- Lead investor engagement initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders to support project objectives.
- Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and implementation updates for the Project Director and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and operational procedures throughout the project duration.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in managing large-scale fiberization or telecommunications infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate ISP proposals and deployment plans.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including government bodies, telecom operators, and regulatory authorities.
- Excellent project management skills, including monitoring, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate inter-departmental collaboration.
- Experience in subsidy management and deployment monitoring is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement.
