Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initial planning stages through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and proven expertise in managing complex construction projects. This role requires effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progress.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and site teams effectively.
- Prepare detailed project reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License is mandatory.
- PEC registration certificate must be submitted with the application.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and site teams efficiently.

Salary and Work Location
The position offers a competitive salary of up to PKR 200,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This role requires the candidate to work on-site in person.
