Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to facilitate clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and monitor progress to mitigate risks and address challenges proactively.
- Maintain transparent reporting and documentation, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage client relationships, setting expectations and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize productivity and quality of deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT projects, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
