As a Senior Project Manager on our team, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly impact our organizational goals. Your role will involve translating strategic objectives into actionable execution plans across programs involving process, policy, data, and technology. You will oversee a portfolio of projects aimed at optimizing how we scope, schedule, dispatch, and execute professional installations and customer implementations. Your efforts will enhance both installer and customer experiences, improve profitability, and support scalable growth.

This position is highly visible and requires frequent collaboration with senior leaders across multiple departments including Operations, Product, Sales, Order Management, Customer Support, Finance, and IT. We seek a seasoned, hands-on Senior Project Manager capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels—framing problems, defining success metrics, establishing governance and operating rhythms, and driving projects to successful, measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across various departments to ensure project goals are met.
- Establish governance frameworks and operating rhythms to maintain project oversight and accountability.
- Define clear success metrics and track project performance against these benchmarks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance installation and customer implementation processes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to resolve issues and remove obstacles.
- Manage portfolio of initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Ensure scalability of processes to support business growth and evolving customer needs.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable results.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside senior executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in project governance, risk management, and performance tracking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving collaboration across diverse teams.
- Experience in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
