This role involves managing and coordinating construction projects by working closely with end users, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for preparing site assessment reports, designs, bills of quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates for both MEP and civil works. They will gather data from sites to develop tender documents for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring smooth project execution while maintaining quality and safety standards. Monitoring project progress, verifying invoices, and supervising construction activities on site are key aspects of this position. The role requires extensive travel across Pakistan to oversee construction activities and assess new interventions.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with end users, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in construction projects.
- Prepare site assessment reports, design documents, BOQs, and project estimates covering both MEP and civil works.
- Collect and analyze site data to prepare tender documents for active and new projects.
- Verify contractors’ and consultants’ invoices and manage variations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and communicate risks that may impact timelines or quality.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Enforce safety precautions and quality standards throughout project execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all engineering activities.
- Supervise on-site construction activities according to specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
- Measure and value actual work completed against work orders and BOQs.
- Inspect and test construction materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Provide guidance to contractors regarding work plans, drawing details, and specifications to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Collaborate with Facility Management, Supply Chain, Housekeeping, Security, and Safety teams during project implementation.
- Undertake extensive travel across Pakistan to supervise construction activities and assess new project interventions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by direct supervisors or management.

Required Qualifications

- Certification and proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong experience in preparing site assessments, BOQs, and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Solid understanding of MEP and civil construction processes.
- Experience in verifying invoices and managing project variations.
- Excellent skills in project monitoring, scheduling, and reporting.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control in construction.
- Ability to supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Pakistan.
