Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation functional testing solutions using tools such as Selenium and Appium.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot automation functional testing frameworks and tools.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, promoting collaboration and productivity while taking ownership of team deliverables.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Align testing strategies and activities with the company’s long-term vision and goals.

Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in automation functional testing or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech), or MCA from a reputed university.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Experience working with test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
