HSPG, operating through Global Teams (a Smail Group company), is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established international construction and property partner. This full-time, remote position based in Pakistan involves close collaboration with teams in the UK and Ireland. The role is commercially significant, supporting multiple live building and development projects. The ideal candidate will have proven quantity surveying expertise, the ability to take ownership of project cost information, and confidence working with overseas teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead measurement and quantity take-offs, preparing detailed cost plans, estimates, and project budgets. Manage cost tracking, cost-to-complete forecasting, cash-flow inputs, and cost-value reconciliation (CVR) reporting. Utilize Procore’s Budget and Cost Management tools to maintain accurate and auditable commercial records. Prepare and analyze tenders, subcontractor packages, and supplier quotations to support procurement decisions. Assess variations, valuations, payment applications, and commercial changes. Identify cost exposures, discrepancies, and emerging commercial risks, providing clear reports to project leadership. Coordinate effectively with site managers, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple international locations. Produce accurate Excel-based analyses and concise management reports while maintaining reliable digital project documentation.

Required Qualifications
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline is essential. Candidates must have substantial hands-on experience in quantity surveying on live construction projects, including commercial cost control and reporting. Demonstrable, practical experience with Procore—specifically its Budget and Cost Management modules—is required, with the ability to clearly explain the specific workflows used. Proficiency in digital take-off software such as Bluebeam, Cubit, CostX, or comparable tools is necessary, alongside advanced Excel skills. The role demands strong independent organization, confident remote working capabilities, and excellent written and spoken business English. The ability to collaborate effectively with construction teams across different time zones and communicate commercial matters clearly is critical.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous remote quantity surveying experience for UK, Irish, US, or other international construction or development clients is highly desirable. Experience in residential development, refurbishment, multi-unit property projects, or similar building works will be advantageous. Familiarity with structured procurement processes, subcontractor account management, and international reporting standards is also preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a strong practical understanding of AI and emerging digital tools, using these responsibly to enhance document review, commercial analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency while independently verifying all quantities, calculations, contractual interpretations, and cost outputs.

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, working remotely from Pakistan with meaningful overlap during UK and Ireland business hours. The indicative monthly salary range is PKR 200,000 to 350,000, depending on senior-level capability, with exceptional candidates considered beyond this range.
