Senior RCM Specialist

Role Description: T his is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior RCM Specialist, based in Karachi. The Senior RCM Specialist will manage all aspects of revenue cycle management, including claims submission, denial management, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up and client communication.

The role also involves coordinating with payers to ensure timely reimbursements, resolving discrepancies in billing and payments, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing processes while contributing to the overall financial health of healthcare providers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

At least 1 years of previous experience in a medical billing or revenue cycle management role is highly beneficial
Persons with Prior Team Lead or Assistant Manager experience will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and ICD-10 coding
Proficiency in handling denials and insurance-related processes
Experience with Medicare and other payer-specific billing systems
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
Effective communication and problem-solving skills for resolving billing and payment issues
Skilled in working with billing software and maintaining regulatory compliance
Ability to handle client communication independently.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field is a plus
