We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in the haircare industry. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for roles in the haircare industry and a proven track record of identifying and hiring high-performing candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the haircare industry
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities
- Source and screen candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and potential candidates
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring
- Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on hiring in the haircare industry
- Proven track record of identifying and hiring high-performing candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using various recruiting tools and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
