Work Location: Liaquat College of Medicine & Dentistry (LCMD), Karachi

We are looking for qualified and competent Medical Laboratory Technologists to join our Basic Sciences department. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting laboratory operations, assisting faculty during practical sessions, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring adherence to institutional and regulatory standards, including those set by PM&DC. Candidates should hold a BS in Medical Laboratory Technology and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist faculty members in conducting practical laboratory sessions for undergraduate medical students.
- Prepare laboratory equipment, specimens, reagents, and materials required for practical classes.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory materials in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, keep accurate records, and manage inventory effectively.
- Follow laboratory safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized working environment.
- Support the department in meeting all applicable PM&DC regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (BS MLT) from a recognized institution.
- Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills essential for effective laboratory management.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant laboratory experience is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
