Senior Relationship Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Islamabad office on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and expanding client portfolios. This role involves providing personalized investment solutions aligned with clients’ financial objectives, conducting thorough market analysis, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s market presence.
- Develop tailored investment strategies and financial plans based on individual client needs.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform investment recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and meet business targets.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with financial goals and market conditions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in client relationship management, including client acquisition and retention.
- Strong background in investment advisory, wealth management, and financial planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and provide sound investment recommendations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
