Senior Research Speacialist

Transsion Holdings is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Researcher to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will possess strong consumer research capabilities and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to transform market insights into practical business and product strategies. This role demands a proactive individual who can conduct thorough market and competitor analyses, understand consumer behavior, and provide actionable recommendations to support product development and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive consumer research, market analysis, and competitor studies to identify emerging trends and user needs.
- Design and implement both qualitative and quantitative research projects, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Analyze consumer behavior, feedback, and market data to extract meaningful insights.
- Identify customer pain points and suggest product improvements based on research findings.
- Prepare detailed research reports and effectively present key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product development and inform business decisions.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and evolving consumer preferences within the smartphone and technology sectors.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Market Research, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in consumer research, market research, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with research methodologies, data analysis tools, and reporting techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple research projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within the smartphone, consumer electronics, or technology industries is highly desirable.
