Senior Revit Architect- US project (Pre-construction)

We are currently seeking a Senior Revit Architect to join our Architectural & Design Team in Lahore, working on US architectural and construction projects during the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce accurate construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
- Create, maintain, and update comprehensive 3D architectural models.
- Coordinate architectural work with MEP and Structural teams to ensure multidisciplinary integration.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with US construction standards.
- Implement client revisions and design changes promptly.
- Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues throughout project phases.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, designers, and project teams.
- Manage project deliverables independently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of professional architectural experience with a focus on US-based projects.
- Advanced to expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with a strong portfolio showcasing Revit-based work.
- Extensive experience in architectural modeling and construction documentation.
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings.
- Experience coordinating with MEP and Structural disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of US construction standards and project requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Experience with SketchUp and/or Lumion is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical design and coordination skills.
- Previous experience working with international clients is desirable.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, Pakistan, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM to align with US project timelines. Candidates must be experienced professionals; fresh graduates, trainees, interns, or those with only basic or intermediate Revit skills will not be considered. We seek candidates who can contribute immediately, work independently, and deliver high-quality Revit architectural work.
