We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual with a foundational understanding of paint or automotive-related products. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and effectively communicate the benefits and applications of our products to customers and dealers. This role requires regular market visits, including workshops and 3S centers, with a focus on expanding the company’s presence by opening new dealerships and achieving sales targets. Success in this position depends on strong teamwork, honesty, and a hardworking attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a basic understanding of paint and automotive products, and be able to clearly explain their uses and benefits to customers and dealers.
- Meet assigned sales targets consistently and ensure timely follow-up on payments.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, adhering to instructions with integrity, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
- Conduct regular visits to workshops, 3S centers, and local markets to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Take initiative in opening new 3S centers or dealerships to expand the company’s market reach.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field, preferably within the paint or automotive industry.
- Basic knowledge of paint or automotive products and their applications.
