Senior Sales Closer

DialogX is looking for a confident and personable Senior Sales Closer to join their team in Rawalpindi. This full-time position involves engaging with inbound leads who have already expressed interest in the company’s services. The role requires conducting video calls to quickly build trust, clearly communicate the company’s offerings, and guide prospects through to closing deals. The Senior Sales Closer will work US hours from 6 PM to 3 AM PKT, playing a crucial role in meeting monthly sales targets and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads who have shown interest in DialogX’s services.
- Conduct video meetings using platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Clearly and simply explain the company’s services to potential clients.
- Build trust rapidly with each prospect to facilitate deal closure.
- Follow up consistently until the sale is finalized.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure proper setup of new clients.
- Adhere to the company’s sales scripts and guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to generate at least $50,000 in sales in a previous role.
- Proficient English communication skills, capable of explaining concepts clearly and simply.
- Strong resilience and skill in handling objections, turning “no” into “yes.”
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet targets.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
