Senior Sales Executive

Zen Interactive Technologies, a leading ICT distributor based in Dubai, is expanding its presence by opening a new office in Islamabad. Serving over 450 resellers and systems integrators across the UAE, Middle East, and Africa, Zen specializes in unified communications, networking, and collaboration technologies, distributing brands such as 3CX, Yealink, Snom, Dinstar, Fanvil, Teltonika, and Jabra, alongside its own interactive display products. This role is a key part of building the Islamabad team and focuses on managing inbound sales for customers and resellers primarily across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound sales inquiries from end users and resellers via phone, email, web, WhatsApp, and marketplaces, ensuring timely and professional responses within defined standards.
- Accurately qualify each inquiry by assessing requirements, quantities, budgets, timelines, and decision-makers.
- Prepare precise quotations based on approved pricing, verifying stock availability, lead times, and actual costs before issuing quotes.
- Follow up persistently on all open quotations to close deals, documenting reasons for any lost opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products within the company’s portfolio when aligned with customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive records in the CRM system daily, demonstrating strong discipline and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Dubai-based colleagues for site visits and coordinate with the technical team for solution design support as needed.
- Provide weekly reports on inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales pipeline status.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or inbound sales, preferably within IT, ICT, or other technical product sectors.
- Proven ability to close sales effectively over phone and email without face-to-face customer interaction.
- Strong commercial acumen, capable of constructing quotes, understanding costs, and maintaining profit margins rather than resorting to discounting.
- Demonstrated CRM discipline with consistent and accurate data management.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with clarity on phone calls.
- Availability to work from the Islamabad office during Dubai business days and hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience selling unified communications (UC), VoIP, networking, audiovisual (AV), or display products is advantageous.
- Prior experience serving customers in the Gulf region is a plus.
- Knowledge of Arabic language is beneficial but not mandatory.
