Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of enterprise software solutions, including CRM and HRM systems, to new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored software solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to expanding the company’s customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of software products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales performance regularly.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the software or IT sector.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of CRM, HRM, and other enterprise software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
