Senior Sales Manager (Import) (Custom Clearance) (Freight Forwarding)

Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics) is a well-established and trusted name in customs clearance services, catering to prominent importers and exporters throughout Pakistan. We are currently looking to hire a Manager Sales and an Assistant Manager Sales for our Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding division based in Karachi. This role is critical to driving sales growth, supporting regional sales activities, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the import process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to offer customized logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong sales expertise specifically in import customs clearance services.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing sectors.
- Conduct daily market visits to develop new business, prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships by understanding their logistics requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies aimed at maximizing profits and minimizing operational costs.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Office applications proficiently for reporting and communication purposes.
- Must have own vehicle or conveyance to facilitate client visits and travel related to job responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably within import customs clearance and related logistics services.
