Senior Sales Officer for Truck Dispatch Compaign

Divine Dispatch, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a motivated and confident Senior Truck Dispatch Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role involves reaching out to truck owners, carriers, and owner-operators to promote our dispatch services, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. The position operates on a shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and requires a professional who can effectively communicate and negotiate to meet sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact truck owners, carriers, and owner-operators via calls and other communication channels.
- Present and explain Divine Dispatch’s truck dispatch services to potential clients.
- Generate new leads and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing professional relationships.
- Negotiate terms and close sales successfully.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication and speaking skills.
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in truck dispatch, freight, logistics, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of the U.S. trucking industry is an advantage.
- Target-driven with a strong motivation to earn through commissions.
