Senior Sales Representative

MindCore Network is a U.S.-registered digital agency dedicated to helping small businesses across the US, UK, UAE, and Pakistan grow their customer base online. We specialize in managing social media campaigns, including Meta and TikTok ads, short-form video ads, AI-driven visibility (AEO), Shopify and AI automation, as well as website development. As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated sales professional to be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging small business owners through LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and converting conversations into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain prospect lists of small business owners within our target markets.
- Send personalized, thoughtful messages and follow-ups on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, avoiding generic or spammy communication.
- Qualify leads effectively and schedule free strategy calls with potential clients.
- Close sales deals with the assistance of our team on proposals and pricing strategies.
- Accurately track all conversations and sales activities in the CRM system to meet monthly targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
- An active and professional LinkedIn profile.
- Own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
- Availability to work 8 hours daily with overlapping hours during US or UK business times.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience selling marketing, agency, or SaaS services is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Arabic or Urdu is a plus, especially for engaging clients in the UAE and Pakistan markets.

Compensation and Structure
The role offers a results-driven compensation plan starting with a salary of PKR 45,000 per month, which begins once you close your first $600 in sales. After this milestone, the salary will be paid for two months while you continue to build your sales pipeline. From the third month onward, your salary will be maintained in any month where you generate new sales. The monthly sales target is $2,000, and achieving this target will earn you an additional 10% commission on top of your salary.
