Senior Salesforce QA

EY, based in Hyderabad, is looking for a Senior Salesforce QA professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join their Global Delivery Services team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and user stories.
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
- Define test objectives, scope, and success criteria for each testing phase or cycle.
- Execute test cases to validate Salesforce functionality, integrations, and customizations, while managing defects efficiently.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Configuration and Setup, Object Manager, Lightning App Builder, Security, Automation Rules, Analytics, and Profiles.
- Perform testing on Salesforce Lightning apps, standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, tabs, reports, and other components.
- Use Developer Console to run SOQL queries for data validation.
- Understand and test workflow and process automation tools including Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules.
- Apply Salesforce security concepts like Organization Security Settings, OWD, Sharing Rules, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
- Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing across multiple environments including Sandbox, UAT, and Production.
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing QA insights.
- Document test results, execution logs, defects, and deviations from expected outcomes.
- Engage with designers, architects, developers, QA, and UAT teams throughout development and implementation phases.
- Prepare detailed business analysis documents outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce QA testing with strong functional knowledge of CRM technologies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionalities.
- Experience in integration testing and familiarity with middleware is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of data management tools such as Data Loader and Import Wizard.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce App Builder, or other relevant cloud certifications.
