Senior SAP B1 Functional Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP B1 Functional Consultant to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will lead business process mapping, module configuration, enterprise-level deployment, and operational optimization efforts. This role requires managing full-lifecycle SAP Business One implementations to deliver robust solutions that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders to develop comprehensive Business Blueprints (BBPs) and perform gap analysis.
- Map, configure, and optimize core SAP B1 modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production/MRP, and CRM.
- Lead end-to-end SAP B1 implementation cycles, including system upgrades, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support.
- Cleanse, structure, and execute accurate master data migrations and transactional data uploads using the Data Transfer Workbench.
- Design and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and deliver impactful training sessions for key users and system administrators.
- Provide functional guidance, create detailed system documentation for mapped workflows, and ensure adherence to best-practice enterprise standards for business owners.

Required Qualifications:
- ACCA, B.Com, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on functional experience with SAP Business One, including successful completion of at least three full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Strong operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger principles, inventory valuation methods, and material requirements planning (MRP).
- Excellent client-facing skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and strong written and verbal communication to effectively translate business needs into system requirements.
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business One certification is mandatory.
- Basic technical familiarity with SQL/HANA queries or Crystal Reports is required.
