Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture: Design and maintain a comprehensive strategy for deploying software packages and security patches, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

Automation: Develop advanced scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages to automate routine deployment, testing, and troubleshooting tasks, enhancing efficiency and reliability.

Deployment Rings: Oversee phased deployment pipelines including Pilot, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production stages to guarantee smooth updates without impacting daily business operations.

Compliance & Monitoring: Continuously monitor compliance dashboards, track Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and resolve deployment failures or reboot dependencies promptly.

Security Collaboration: Partner closely with the cybersecurity team to rapidly implement security fixes and mitigate potential network threats, maintaining a secure environment.

Documentation: Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks related to software delivery processes to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience: Between 5 to 10 years of experience in enterprise systems engineering, infrastructure management, or vulnerability management.

Tool Expertise: Strong proficiency with endpoint management platforms, particularly Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune.

Operating System Knowledge: Solid understanding of patching processes and lifecycle management within Windows environments.

Scripting Skills: Demonstrated ability to write and maintain complex scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to automate deployment and maintenance tasks.
