We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Section Coordinator to manage the academic and administrative functions of the senior section. This role involves close collaboration with teachers, students, parents, and school leadership to uphold high standards in teaching quality, discipline, communication, and overall academic achievement. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and experienced in educational coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily academic and administrative activities within the senior section.
- Coordinate and monitor teaching and learning processes to maintain educational standards.
- Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and academic issues.
- Track student attendance, discipline, academic progress, and overall performance.
- Organize examinations, assessments, schedules, and other academic events.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Conduct regular meetings with teaching staff to provide guidance and address challenges.
- Identify academic or behavioral issues and implement appropriate interventions.
- Ensure effective implementation of school policies, procedures, and academic standards.
- Prepare detailed academic and administrative reports for school management.
- Coordinate school events, meetings, and programs related to the senior section.
- Promote a respectful, positive, and productive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal and school management on academic and operational matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, School Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in school administration, teaching, academic coordination, or similar leadership roles.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to organize, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Competence in managing relationships with teachers, students, parents, and administrative staff.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic school management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
