Senior SEO Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Expert with 4 to 5+ years of experience to join our team in the packaging and manufacturing industry. This full-time role is based at OPF Housing Society and requires an individual who is passionate about driving organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that enhance our online visibility, increase qualified website traffic, and generate leads specifically within the packaging and B2B sectors. This position demands a results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of both technical and content-driven SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct detailed keyword research focused on packaging products, industry-specific terminology, and B2B target audiences.
- Optimize website elements including content, landing pages, product pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, and structured data.
- Execute both on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve search engine rankings.
- Plan and manage link-building campaigns aimed at increasing domain authority and search visibility.
- Optimize product and category pages with relevant industry keywords tailored to packaging solutions.
- Collaborate closely with content writers to produce SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and website content.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
- Analyze competitor strategies, identify growth opportunities, and stay current with Google algorithm updates.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation metrics.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 to 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Proficiency with SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Solid understanding of B2B SEO, product-based websites, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop data-driven SEO strategies and demonstrate measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience within the packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs130,000. This position requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
