Techsa Dev Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to join their team in Liberty, Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in SEO, with a strong ability to develop and implement effective B2B and B2C business strategies focused on enhancing local visibility through competitor analysis. This role requires expertise across various niches and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, the candidate should possess leadership skills to effectively manage an SEO team and drive results aligned with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize over five years of SEO experience to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies and roadmaps.
- Implement AI SEO, GEO, and AEO techniques to optimize search engine performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversions using tools such as GA4.
- Prepare detailed monthly and weekly SEO performance reports.
- Apply advanced knowledge of semantic SEO, topical authority, search intent, and information architecture to improve organic search rankings.
- Use SEMrush and Ahrefs extensively for keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
- Ensure all SEO activities comply with the latest search engine algorithms and industry best practices.
- Lead and coordinate the SEO team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of five years of professional SEO experience.
- Proven ability to create and implement SEO strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in competitor analysis and local SEO visibility.
- Expertise in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ongoing SEO trends.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support SEO implementations.
- Experience with SEO automation and AI-assisted SEO workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO), marketing funnels, and lead tracking methodologies.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio or other automated SEO reporting tools.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms to streamline workflows and communication.
