Techsa Dev Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join their team in Liberty, Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong background in developing B2B and B2C business strategies focused on enhancing local visibility through competitor analysis. This role demands expertise across various niches and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of leading and mentoring an SEO team to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize over five years of SEO experience to develop and implement effective SEO strategies and roadmaps.
- Apply advanced knowledge of AI SEO, GEO, and AEO techniques to optimize search engine performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversions using tools such as GA4.
- Prepare and deliver detailed monthly and weekly SEO performance reports.
- Employ semantic SEO, topical authority, search intent analysis, and information architecture principles to enhance content relevance and ranking.
- Use advanced features of SEMrush and Ahrefs for competitive analysis and keyword research.
- Ensure all SEO activities comply with the latest search engine algorithms and industry best practices.
- Manage and guide the SEO team to maintain high standards and meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of five years’ professional experience in SEO.
- Strong proficiency in AI-driven SEO strategies, GEO-targeting, and AEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and monitoring conversion metrics.
- Proven ability to create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with semantic SEO, topical authority, and search intent frameworks.
- Advanced skills in SEMrush and Ahrefs tools.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple SEO projects concurrently.
- Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to better collaborate with development teams.
- Experience with SEO automation and AI-assisted SEO workflows to increase efficiency.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), marketing funnels, and lead tracking techniques.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio or other automated SEO reporting tools.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms to streamline workflow and communication.
