IPS Pakistan is seeking a Senior Social Media Executive who is passionate about turning digital trends into compelling campaigns. This role requires a creative professional skilled in AI-powered content creation and influencer marketing, capable of transforming fresh ideas into engaging social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while leveraging AI tools to produce innovative posts, videos, and campaign concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars tailored for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging posts, reels, videos, visuals, scripts, hooks, and campaign ideas using AI-powered tools.
- Lead influencer research, manage outreach efforts, coordinate collaborations, and oversee campaign execution.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze audience behavior, and optimize content performance accordingly.
- Measure campaign outcomes and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and reach.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Practical experience with AI content creation and managing social media campaigns.
- Understanding of influencer analytics, audience demographics, and engagement metrics.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous successful social media projects and campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with AI and creative tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite.
- The position is based in Lahore with working hours from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
- Competitive salary offered, up to PKR 180,000 depending on experience.
