Senior Social Media Manager

Kinetic Kube is seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager with a strong background in agency environments to lead strategy, content creation, and creative execution across multiple client accounts. This role requires a dynamic professional who can translate business objectives into innovative campaigns, craft compelling hooks and scripts, oversee designers and editors, confidently present ideas to clients, and leverage campaign results to refine future work. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera, as they will regularly feature in Kinetic Kube’s own videos and may occasionally contribute to client video content.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead social media strategy, campaign development, and monthly content planning for various brands.
- Create concepts, write scripts, captions, and develop creative briefs for reels, advertisements, and brand content.
- Supervise and mentor designers, video editors, and junior social media team members.
- Manage client meetings, presentations, approvals, and campaign performance reviews.
- Plan and participate in selected content shoots to ensure creative alignment.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize paid social media creative based on campaign insights.
- Ensure all content is tailored and relevant to each social media platform and the specific audience of each brand.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years’ experience in social media management within an agency setting, handling multiple client accounts.
- A proven portfolio showcasing campaigns or accounts personally led by the candidate.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, creative judgment, and presentation skills.
- Confidence and natural ease speaking on camera for public-facing content.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads platforms and social media performance metrics.
- Strong client management skills with the ability to lead creative teams and meet deadlines independently.

Location and Work Details
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulberg 2, Lahore. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
