Senior Social Media Marketer

Vulcan Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Social Media Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple social media platforms, create compelling content, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement. The position is full-time and based on-site at our Gulberg III office in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage various social media platforms and maintain organized content calendars.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging and relevant content to attract and retain audiences.
- Monitor current social media trends and track audience engagement to inform strategy adjustments.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee paid social media campaigns, optimizing them to maximize return on investment.
- Lead content planning initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and expanding reach.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and other paid social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills combined with creativity and strong planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently while leading social media initiatives effectively.
