Senior Software Consultant- (.NET, Azure)- Afternoon

10Pearls, a global AI-native digital engineering partner, is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET and Azure. The role focuses on architecting and developing scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications. The ideal candidate will utilize deep knowledge of the .NET framework, modern front-end technologies like React, and cloud services to deliver robust digital solutions aligned with business and client needs. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build future-proof products while upholding high standards of code quality and security.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic technical leadership by designing and architecting scalable, maintainable, and secure systems across the organization. Ensure adherence to engineering best practices such as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), code quality, and security standards. Drive the technical roadmap by aligning architectural decisions with business strategy and client requirements. Lead complex technical discussions with internal teams and external stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions. Adopt and promote a consulting mindset by advising clients on innovative, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance technical skills. Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and technical growth. Participate actively in the recruitment process by interviewing and selecting top technical talent, ensuring both technical expertise and cultural fit. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for specific work streams across multiple projects.

Required Qualifications

Over 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET/C#, with approximately 60–70% focus on backend development. Working knowledge of React for frontend development, with the ability to understand end-to-end application flow including frontend, APIs, business/data layers, and databases. Strong understanding of application architecture, capable of independently designing and explaining end-to-end application flows and technical decisions. Proven experience in building SaaS applications and multi-tenant solutions, including tenant management and data isolation to prevent cross-tenant data access. Solid grasp of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including enforcement of access controls across applications and APIs. Strong database fundamentals, including transaction management and handling concurrent updates to ensure data integrity. Experience with multilingual and localized platforms. Familiarity with Azure-hosted application environments and hands-on experience with relevant Azure services. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, make sound technical decisions, and communicate architectural and implementation approaches clearly.
